  • Employer inquiries remain high for wealth management and planning support roles.  
  • Candidates at end stages of interview processes continue to have multiple offers. 
  • Counteroffers have been present again in the past 30 days.  Not to 2021/22 levels but back.  
  • Passive candidates are firms with more CORPORATE STRUCTURE are more receptive to conversations.
