  • Employer inquiries continue to be prevalent for wealth management and planning support roles, but urgency inside of the hiring process has slowed slightly.

 

  • Since candidates recently had or will be having annual compensation discussions, there was less counteroffers in the past 45 days than in early q4.

 

  • Candidates are still fielding multiple offers but also are more concerned with job security due to headlines around layoffs at larger institutions.

 

  • Candidates remain interested in signing up for our app to alert them of new opportunities that match their skill set and experience.
