• Candidates in end-stage interview processes are having multiple offers from independent practices.  
• Counteroffers remain neutral.  Defined as employers trying to match a departing employees new offer.)
• We feel “timing” for candidates is at a neutral stance.  Candidates are showing interest in taking a phone call to see what is out there but ultimately not feeling like they have to move.
