The dial stays the same from last month with the market still being moderately candidate favored.  

• Employer inquiries remain high for wealth management and planning support roles through mid-October.  
• Candidates in end-stage interview processes are having multiple offers from independent practices.  
• Counteroffers ticked up in OCT/NOV.  There were more counteroffers in past 30 days than past 4 months.
• We feel “timing” for candidates is at a neutral stance.  Candidates are showing interest in taking a phone call to see what is out there but ultimately not feeling like they have to move.
