Pricing Model

12-MONTH ENGAGEMENT
with monthly membership fee

Cost Structure:

  • Talent Office is priced on firm headcount:
    • $200 per employee calculation per month
    • ex: 50 employees = $10,000
  • Minimum monthly membership fee: $5,000
  • Discounted and spread placement fees:
    • 3% per month of salary for first 6 months of employment, starting in month 3.
    • Fee starts in month 3.
    • If the employee is no longer employed, the installments stop.
