  • Employer inquiries remain high for wealth management and planning support roles through August.  
  • Candidates have been rejecting more offers in the past two months.  
  • Counteroffers have come back down to earth in the summer.  This was rampant in ’22 at height of the “candidate favored market”.  
  • We feel “timing” for candidates is at a neutral stance.  Candidates are showing interest in taking a phone call to see what is out there but ultimately not feeling like they have to move.
